Whether you’re letting or selling your home with Redbrick, you need to be prepared for potential visitors at all times. At a bare minimum you should organise a deep clean, and ensure that you don’t overlook areas like cupboards, light switches or skirting boards. Try to freshen the house up as much as possible. Remember to dust, mop and cater to any smells from animals, trash or strong food. Then finally, if you have a lot of personal items or clutter, you should try and remove as much as possible, or else it can be harder for people to imagine themselves living there.
